Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These terms govern your dealership's use of Lotswift: the Chrome extension, the online service and lotswift.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of your dealership. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Lotswift helps dealerships prepare vehicle listings for Facebook Marketplace. It reads your dealership's inventory, fills in listing forms, suggests vehicle descriptions, and alerts your team to sold vehicles and price changes. A person on your team reviews and publishes every listing; Lotswift never publishes on its own.
2. Accounts and access keys
- Each salesperson receives a personal access key. Keep keys private and don't share them between people.
- Tell us right away if a key is lost or may have been exposed, and we'll disable it.
- You're responsible for activity under your dealership's keys.
3. Your responsibilities
- Your listings are yours. You're responsible for every listing your team publishes, including accuracy of price, condition, mileage and description, and for compliance with the advertising, consumer-protection and dealer laws that apply to you.
- Review before publishing. Descriptions and details are filled in from your inventory data and may be suggested by AI. Check them before you publish.
- Follow Facebook's rules. Use Marketplace in line with Meta's terms and commerce policies. Lotswift isn't affiliated with Meta, and Meta may change Marketplace or limit accounts at its discretion.
- Your inventory sources. You confirm that you're authorized to use the inventory data, website and photos you connect to Lotswift.
- No misuse. Don't attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, access other dealerships' data, or use it to post on accounts you're not authorized to use.
4. Pilot and fees
During the pilot, the Service may be provided free or at a discount, as agreed with your dealership. Paid plans, prices and billing terms will be agreed in writing before any charges begin. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of a paid plan.
5. Your data
Your dealership owns its inventory data and listing records. You give us permission to use them to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. When you stop using the Service, you can ask us to delete your dealership's data.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Lotswift running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, and features may change, especially when Facebook changes its Marketplace forms. We may update the Service and these terms; if we make significant changes to the terms, we'll let your dealership know before they take effect.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee any number of listings, leads or sales, or that Facebook will accept or keep any listing or account active.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotswift won't be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, sales or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount your dealership paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if greater.
9. Ending the Service
You can stop using Lotswift at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if required by law, or if continuing would put other users or the Service at risk; where reasonable, we'll give notice first.
10. General
These terms are the entire agreement about the Service, together with any written plan or pricing agreement with your dealership. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
